RAVEN BAKERY

Raven Bakery makes simple, delicious, place-based food, including their own wholegrain, sourdough breads and pastries and a small grocery selection from local farmers and processors. Owner Sophie Williams bakes for her community, to bring you your daily bread; for ourselves, to earn a living producing beautiful food; and for the food system, to strengthen the connections between farmers, millers, bakers, and eaters. She operates the bakery by bicycle.

In 2023 the bakery opened a brick-and-mortar location in downtown Bellingham!

EL FUEGO HOT SAUCE

El Fuego creates Whatcom-made small batch pepper sauce packed with fresh ingredients. Owner Erin Keedy makes sauces that highlight the unique flavor of each pepper first (not just the heat they pack).

El Fuego uses ingredients that are all natural — and many of them are local! No artificial colors, gums or preservatives, vegan and naturally gluten free.

FARMETTE FRESH
jams & jellies

Farmette Fresh owner Jackie Ferry produces handcrafted jams and jellies using locally sourced ingredients, much of which is grown at their 5-acre farm in Custer, WA. Jackie and her husband Tom see themselves as caretakers of the land and strive to find a balance between the natural world and the produce it supports.

Jackie has been making homemade preserves for the public since 2019 and for her family much longer! She takes pride in developing wholesome and nostalgic flavors that customers enjoy day after day.
